Welcome to the American Arabic Educational Foundation.

Since 1966 The American Arabic Educational Foundation (AAEF) has distributed funds annually from its endowment income and from individual contributions to qualified students of Arabic heritage residing in the Southern California area, who are attending or planning to attend Vocational Schools, Colleges and Universities throughout the world.  The level of funds distributed in student scholarships is determined annually by the foundations's volunteer Board of Directors.

Throughout its over 50-year history, AAEF has contributed over 1,000 scholarships to students attending colleges and universities worldwide.

Individual scholarships are determined by competitive evaluations. Students must meet high academic standards, exhibit proven extracurricular and leadership skills and posses extraordinary qualifications before being selected as recipients of scholarship awards.

Special awards supported by corporate, memorial and honorary donations are made to especially qualified students and vary from year to year.
